A Bridge Forward Women’s Reentry
Give Her a Chance
Every woman deserves the opportunity to begin again.
Give Her a Chance is a promise that a past mistake will not define a woman’s future. We stand beside women as they reclaim their lives, rediscover their strength and move toward a future filled with hope and possibility.
When a woman returns home, she should meet open doors. Doors to employment, education, stable housing, healing, entrepreneurship, leadership and self-worth.
Bridge Forward sees women for who they are becoming. The program provides encouragement, practical resources and a community grounded in second chances and lasting transformation.
Every woman carries dreams waiting to be awakened, talents waiting to be recognized and the right to rewrite her story.

Men’s Bridge Forward
A guided track built around personal goals.
Upon release, each participant enters a guided track designed to identify the education, skills, credentials and opportunities connected to his goals. The plan recognizes what he has already achieved and identifies what he needs next.
Identify goals and existing skills.Participants document work experience, training, strengths and the skills they want to build.
Confirm education records.TXFPF reviews available records to identify a completed GED or high school equivalency. If completion cannot be confirmed, the participant receives guidance toward enrollment.
Review prison-earned certifications.Training and eligible credentials earned during incarceration become part of the participant’s career plan and professional presentation.
Prepare for the employer conversation.Participants receive interview practice, resume support, professional presentation guidance and technology preparation.
Connect through video interviews.Job-ready participants prepare for video meetings with employers seeking qualified talent.
Stay supported after the next step.Guidance continues as participants move toward employment, stability, family responsibility and long-term goals.
Exodus Men
Every man wants to be seen.
At the core of every man is a desire to matter. He wants to be respected, provide for his family, protect the people he loves and know that his life has value.
For men returning home after incarceration, repeated rejection from employers, family, relationships or society can become heavier than the original circumstances. Anger may cover disappointment. Isolation may cover shame. Addiction may cover grief. Silence may hide a man who wants to be accepted.
We will not mistake pain for weakness. We will help men name the weight, rebuild their confidence and move toward responsibility, stability and purpose.
Support beyond a job search

What we believe
People are more than their worst mistake.
Every person deserves a fair opportunity to rebuild, contribute and create a stable future. When you give one person a chance, you strengthen families and restore communities.
