Founder and Executive Director

Provides strategic leadership for TXFPF and oversees administration, programs, fundraising, operations and the organization’s long-term plan.

Leads the growth and alignment of TXFPF’s network of partners, community stakeholders and cross-sector allies.

Jammie Rios
Drives TXFPF’s legislative agenda by tracking bills, educating elected officials and mobilizing grassroots support.

- Meets with elected officials and represents TXFPF at legislative hearings
- Coordinates advocacy days, action alerts and coalition-building efforts

Senior Organizer for Civic Engagement
Hellen Banks
Leads civic campaigns, develops community leaders and builds coalitions that move residents from information to action.
