“Reentry Is All Around Us — Because Everyone Deserves a Way Back.”

Upon release, our program will offer guided tracks that will assist individuals in achieving their own goals.
The Guided Track will create standards that will allow a person to identify the skill sets they are searching.
If a person has already acquired skills and have a certification for that acquired skill while in prison, he or she will be prepped & groomed for a video conference with the employer.
For a person to be successful, the proper education must be at hand. A search of the Texas Education Agency database will be conducted to find completed GEDs.
If the database does not yield status of the completion GED. Enrollment for the Course will be provided.
Job search will continue, however, to successfully complete the program the GED must be obtained.

The Silent Weight of Rejection
At the core of every man is a desire to matter.
He wants to be respected.
He wants to provide.
He wants to protect.
He wants to know that his life has value.
When a man is repeatedly rejected—by family, society, employers, relationships, or even himself—something begins to change inside of him.
The rejection becomes heavier than the circumstances.
And if left untreated, that pain can turn into destructive patterns.
Some men become angry.
Some isolate themselves.
Some numb their pain with drugs or alcohol.
Some stop believing in themselves altogether.
Others become reckless because they have convinced themselves they have nothing left to lose.
The tragedy is that many people mistake these behaviors for weakness.
But beneath the anger is often disappointment.
Beneath the addiction is often grief.
Beneath the silence is often a man who desperately wants to be accepted.
For men returning home after incarceration, rejection can be especially painful.
